Limited Warranty
H2O Block, LLC – Products and Services are performed at the highest level under the manufacturer’s specifications are free from defect in material and workmanship of products and services, that if any defects occur, that H2O Block will replace or correct the defected issue under the terms of conditions set forth of products sold or services offered.
Parts and Labor for products sold.
Residential installation of products: (TVs, Speakers, TV Lifts)
H2O Block, offers a Two (2) year limited warranty for each of the product(s) sold.
TV’s – Two (2) year limited warranty. First (1st) year full replacement under the terms and conditions of stated warranty provided with product. Second (2nd) year TV parts and labor or full replacement for at current market price of normal TV plus $150.00 for parts, which ever is lower.
Speakers – Two (2) year full replacement under terms and conditions stated in manual.
TV Lifts – Two (2) year full replacement under terms and conditions stated in manual.
Commercial installation of products: (TVs, Speakers, TV Lifts)
H2O Block, offers a limited warranty for commercial use.
TV’s – One (1) year limited warranty. First (1st) year full replacement under the terms and conditions of stated warranty provided with product.
Speakers – Two (2) year full replacement under terms and conditions stated in manual.
TV Lifts – One (1) year full replacement under terms and conditions stated in manual.
Warranty covers failures under the treatment of our solution that protects the electronics internally from corrosion, and failure under humidity, and moisture damage. In Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, H2O Block will honor its warranty and work over the warranty above and beyond under a case-by-case basis. Any repairs are only done by H2O Block and those that only authorized by H2O Block can replace or repair the products.
If product purchased by an authorized dealer a copy of the dated sales invoice is required and a submission request within thirty (30) days must be submitted online from receiving the product to obtain a warranty by H2O Block.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING UNLESS NOTED ON INVOICE:
• Shipping cost, shipping damage or damaged caused by improper unpacking and removal of product.
• Improper, incorrect, or insufficient AC Surge protector along with outdoor rated GFI (in accordance with local state code).
• Any and all unauthorized modifications or improper installation
• Damaged caused by fire, lighting, flood, or acts of God.
• Any or all labels damaged, etched or removed.
H2O Block and its representative or its agents shall not be liable for any and all general, direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from issues that are not in our control occur during use. No other warranty expressed or implied should be taken into account without being in writing and approved by H2O Block. This limited warranty shall follow state laws under the exclusion or implied warranties under your state laws. This warranty should not be modified unless such laws are allowed.

Please call (702) 883-2059 or email at info@h2oblock.com and have your receipt, and serial number available at the time of contact. In order for any product to be returned. H2O Block will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Should H2O Block determine that a product must be returned, the shipping is not covered by the warranty unless authorized by H2O Block. All accessories like remotes and wires are to be returned along with the product or H2O Block cannot start the process of testing, and repairing.
